This event is only open to companies that have paid their registration fee as this provides public liability insurance required to participate in the event.

This event gives you the opportunity to sell your goods/services direct to the public at a busy shopping centre in the heart of Harrow.

This year the Trade Fair will be held on the ground floor of the shopping centre.  There will be 8 table/stands available which you book in advance on a 'first come first served' basis.

As with previous events we will try and accommodate companies from other areas if space permits.  The following companies will be contacted 1 week before the event in the order interest was indicated.

The cost of hiring the floor space (which includes a table) is £8.00 plus a £8.00 deposit which is refundable upon acceptable clearing of your pitch at the end of the event.  If you are paying by cheque, write two cheques for £8.00 each made payable to 'Young Enterprise Harrow Area Board'.  One cheque will be returned at the end of the event.

Provisional Timetable (The exact timings may change - please visit the site nearer the time):

08:00    Arrival

08:15    Start setting up your stand

08:45    Briefing on 'what to do in the event of fire / evacuation'.

08:50    Stands Safety check

09:00    Open to public

10:00    Judging of your stands between 10:30 and 13:30

15:00    Finish.  Start to clear your stands.  Feedback orally given to individual companies.

16:00    Please ensure you have cleared up and out by this time.

You must also abide by the following guidelines:

  1. A table is provided but you must supply your own backboard which must be firmly secured as not to be able to be toppled over.

  2. No music to be played

  3. One table per exhibiter

  4. Nothing to be stuck on walls, balustrades, floor, pillars, etc.

  5. Banners are permitted at St. Georges Centre, size 1.8 x 0.9m (nom. 6 x 3ft)

  6. No helium balloons are allowed in the centre.

  7. No candles to be lit.

  8. No food / drink to be sold or given away.

  9. You are not allowed to use any of the mains sockets.

  10. Displays to be dismantled orderly at specified time.

  11. All refuse to be tidied by exhibitors.

  12. All instructions by centre security or management must be adhered to.

  13. Members of the public must not be harassed or other tenants inconvenienced.

  14. Clear access routes must be maintained at all times.

  15. No food or drink to be consumed in the public toilets.

  16. The St. George's Centre is a no smoking centre.

What do you need to do:

a)    Send an email to secretary@harrowye.org stating your company name.  Table positions will be allocated on arrival.
