Allocations of trade stands have been made - see below

We have negotiated spaces for a total of 15 companies
( 5 per session) to trade at the Tesco store in
Trading #2… Saturday, 11th February 2012 ~ 10:00am - 6:00pm
Trading #3… Sunday, 12th February 2012 ~ 11:00am - 4:00pm
* As the Harrow & Brent Board cannot provide cover for all times over the three trading days, your link teacher/responsible adult will be required to provide cover on the rota.
If your company would like to be included in
the draw, please contact secretary@harrowye.org
with your company name and preferred date. (Note
that you must have product available to sell).
For the companies that have
been successful, please register and sign in with Customer Services (just
inside the main entrance) when you arrive and sign out when you leave. The
places allocated are to the right of the main entrance.
Requested dates …….(If more companies that can be accommodated request the same date a draw will be held). Successful companies will be marked “X ” Allocations will be made on Jan 18th and Feb 1st 2012 (to allow time to prepare) and more details will be provided for successful companies. (We have been allocated 5 spaces each day at Tesco) Companies that have not been successful will be placed on a waiting list to replace any company that cannot take up their allocated trading day.
