You need to prepare both a trade stand and a presentation for this event.
Trade Stands | |
Refreshments will be provided between 5:15 - 6:15pm | |
Main Presentations | |
In this second part of the event, companies are expected to attend and deliver a Company Presentation of up to a maximum of 5 minutes, (it is timed !). Up to 4 achievers from each company may participate in giving the presentation and an additional member would be needed to 'run' the computer [if PowerPoint (or similar presentation format) is to be used]. The display screen is at the rear of the stage (projection from the front). It is strongly recommended that you practice before the event as time is very limited on the day. The Presentations start at 6:30pm and end around 7:30pm. The evening will finish about 8:30pm. There will be a break after the presentations for the judges to finalise the results and the awards will then follow. |
Teachers, Advisers and parents are warmly welcome to
attend the presentations.
We would like to take photographs of the activities on the day (both trade stands and presentations) and we need to have parental consent to enable us to do this. Please will you complete the attached form and bring it with you on the day. Many thanks. Form here |
