Register for the event using the registrations page or sending an email to secretary@harrowye.org by 17th March 2012

This year Company Reports should be emailed to froomberg@btinternet.com by Friday 23rd March 2012. If your Company Report is close to or over 10MB file size, there may be a problem in transmitting/receiving the file. You can use a web based system eg: http://www.yousendit.com for transmittal(Use any internet browser to access this service. The service requires no prior registration, requires no downloaded software to work, and is completely free to send one file at a time. The sender enters his/her own e-mail address, then the receiver’s e-mail address, and then uses browse and pick to identify the file to send. The file is uploaded to the provider’s server, and an announcement e-mail with the link is automatically sent to the receiver. The file remains on the server for seven days, after which it is deleted.).

The receiver clicks on the link in the announcement e-mail to download the file from the server at any time within the limit. The receiver can forward the announcement e-mail to someone else, who can also download the file.

Details and notes on preparation of your Company Report are here.

The 2 cheques for your VAT & Corporation Tax should be paid direct to YE London  (See Form FD8)

If there is a problem with delivering the reports in time, then please discuss with your business adviser and advise the Harrow & Brent Board of Young Enterprise.

Main Presentations
In this second part of the event, companies are expected to attend and deliver a Company Presentation of up to a maximum of 5 minutes (It is timed!).  Up to 4 achievers from each company may participate in giving the presentation and an additional member would be needed to 'run' the computer (if PowerPoint is to be used).  The event starts at 6:00pm and finishes around 8:30pm.  There is an interval at 7.20pm.  We suggest you bring some bottled water if the day is warm.

The presentation software is MS Office. The projection size will be 1024 x 768 pixels.  Please check that your presentation works before the day. If you intend to use embedded audio or video in your presentation, then this file will also need to be installed and the PowerPoint amended to direct the link to the file location. There will be an opportunity to rehearse (but only about 5 minutes each company) from about 3:00pm to 5:00pm. If you wish to send a copy of your presentation to secretary@harrowye.org to be trialled/installed prior to the event, then please use http://www.yousendit.com as detailed above.
